Kapinjala is set in over an acre of Tobagan hillside within the old Arnos Vale Sugar Plantation Estate and boasts truly wonderful landscaped gardens which are rapidly maturing to provide some magnificent bursts of colour.

For the birding enthusiast there is an abundance of bird species living in the Kapinjala grounds and you are sure to see green parrots and parakeets, blue and grey tanagers, bananaquits, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, jacamars, motmots and frigate birds to name but a few.

There are a number of lovely beaches only a short drive away from Kapinjala, where you can just relax in the sun, have fun in the water or enjoy incredible snorkelling, spotting a huge array of fish and beautiful turtles in the crystal clear waters of the reefs just metres from the shoreline.

In addition, boat trips can be taken from some of the beaches and it is real treat to spend a day on Cocomotion, especially when you can be collected from and delivered back to a beach close to home!
